KDE 4 metapackages

We are planning create the following metapackages to install KDE 4 easily:

kde-minimal

Minimal set of packages to have a KDE 4 desktop running with minimal applications. Contains: kde4libs, kdepimlibs, kdebase-runtime, kdebase and kdebase-workspace.
